Vegetable Gardening for True Beginners

Ready to grow your own vegetables but not sure where to start? Join the UC Master Gardeners of Santa Barbara County for Vegetable Gardening for True Beginners, a four-week class designed to give new gardeners the knowledge and confidence to get growing.

This beginner-friendly series will cover the essentials of successful vegetable gardening, including site selection, soil preparation, composting, irrigation, pest management, and what, when, and how to plant.
